Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all HR activities including staffing, performance evaluations, training, and compliance with labor laws. Your contribution will be vital in creating a productive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR policy development and ensure effective implementation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Conduct trainings on workplace policies and compliance.
  • Facilitate talent management and career development.
  • Monitor and improve employee retention rates.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field
