We're on the lookout for a passionate HR Generalist to support our HR functions in Pretoria. You will be integral in ensuring a positive workplace culture and managing HR processes from recruitment to performance management. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including interviews and assessments.
  • Manage the employees' onboarding experience, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data privacy.
  • Work with management to resolve employee-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate training sessions and development programs.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback.
  • Assist in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • HR-related certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in HR roles with a focus on employee relations
