Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers to understand project scope.
• Document and maintain detailed test cases and results.
• Help ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
• Conduct risk assessments on new features and provide solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in QA or software testing.

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing Tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Test Case Management Tools (JIRA, TestRail)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Test Automation Frameworks: Hands-on experience with building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL or Database Testing: Ability to write and execute SQL queries for validating data integrity.
