Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer needs.
• Assist in maintaining optimal store layout and merchandising standards.
• Accurately ring up purchases and handle cash responsibly.
• Support promotional campaigns and assist with visual displays.
• Assist in the training of new staff members.
• Collaborate with management to improve store operations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail Management is an advantage

Experience

• 2-3 years of retail experience preferred
