Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment and selection processes for all departments.
Implement and monitor HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
Assist in developing organizational culture and employee engagement plans.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements.
Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives.
Support the annual performance review process.
Provide support in dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters.
Monitor employee satisfaction and propose improvements.
Collaborate with management to ensure alignment of HR policies with business objectives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred
