Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will manage the learning curriculum, working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery. Your expertise in adult learning principles and project planning will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive learning strategies tailored to organizational goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to develop high-quality training materials.
• Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations to inform program enhancements.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all learning offerings, catering to diverse audiences.
• Develop metrics and reporting processes to measure the impact of learning initiatives.
• Engage with learners to gather feedback and adapt programs to enhance user experience.
• Facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members in the Learning and Development department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in instructional design or training facilitation are a plus

Experience

• Proven experience managing learning programs in a corporate setting.
