Job Description

As a Leadership Consultant in our Sandton office, you will drive HR management initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams to create impactful leadership strategies. We are looking for someone with a passion for building effective teams and enhancing workplace environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify leadership gaps within the organization and design interventions.
  • Deliver feedback sessions post-assessment to individual leaders.
  • Leverage technology for effective training delivery and assessment.
  • Create strategic content for leadership development workshops.
  • Engage with top management to align leadership strategies with business goals.
  • Advise on HR policy enhancements to support leadership initiatives.
  • Foster partnerships with educational institutions for leadership workshops.
  • Encourage mentorship programs among senior leaders and junior staff.
  • Facilitate discussions around diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership roles.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and transparency within teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in leadership roles
