Job Description

Looking for a skilled Air Traffic Controller to enhance our operations in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing air traffic, issuing flight clearances, and responding effectively to any potential hazards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and efficient routing of aircraft in the airspace.
• Issue flight clearances and monitor aircraft progress.
• Communicate with pilots regarding any changes to flight plans.
• Assess and resolve potential conflicts in air traffic.
• Ensure that all communications are documented accurately.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Engage in professional development and stay updated with industry advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field
• Air Traffic Control certification

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Air Traffic Controller or related role
