Job Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment strategies and processes.
• Support the implementation of talent management initiatives.
• Manage employee records with confidentiality.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Monitor compliance with HR legislation.
• Assist in developing HR policies and compliance documentation.
• Conduct exit interviews and follow-up actions.
• Promote employee wellness and engagement activities.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics for reporting.
• Assist HR management in strategy development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of HR Software

Certifications

• HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• CIPD Intermediate Certificate in HR Management

• Knowledge of performance management systems: Experience in implementing performance evaluation methodologies.
