HR Generalist

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee job postings and manage applicant tracking.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
• Adhere to compliance standards and keep employee documentation up to date.
• Create and maintain HR documentation including handbooks and manuals.
• Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys.
• Support management with annual performance reviews.
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
• Ensure timely payroll submissions and assist in benefits inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
• Generate HR reports for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
• Master's degree in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role
