You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs, and creating effective sourcing strategies. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting candidates with opportunities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions and precise role requirements in collaboration with the management.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who fit the job criteria.
• Facilitate and coordinate interviews and assessments for candidates.
• Engage in continuous improvement of recruitment strategy to attract a diverse range of talent.
• Support onboarding of new hires by facilitating the necessary paperwork and orientation.
• Act as an ambassador for the company during recruitment events and online platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
