Responsibilities

• Work closely with physician teams for optimal patient treatment.
• Support families during challenging health decisions and processes.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all patients.
• Document all nursing interventions accurately.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nursing qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing highly preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

• Certification in a nursing specialty: Certification in areas such as pediatric nursing or geriatric care is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in additional South African languages is an asset.
