We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff development. Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment initiatives and manage talent acquisition processes.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all employment-related legislation.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll processing.
• Assist in conflict resolution and mediation regarding workplace concerns.
• Develop and facilitate training and development programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.

• Engage in health and safety initiatives in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrable skills in managing HR functions
