Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will oversee various HR functions including recruitment, training and development, and employee relations. We are looking for a proactive individual who can navigate the complexities of HR management and enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize recruitment efforts aimed at attracting top talent.
  • Guide managers on best HR practices and employee relations.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Evaluate training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Compile HR metrics to report to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience
