Job Description

The Operational Communication Chief is responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives that align with our business objectives. This role involves enhancing internal and external communication channels while managing a talented team of communication professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the company's communication strategies to align with organization goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve internal communication channels.
  • Create and oversee engaging content for social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Drive initiatives for enhancing brand visibility and awareness.

  • Maintain strong relationships with media contacts and manage press inquiries.
  • Provide insights on qualitative performance metrics for communication efforts.

  • Work closely with executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a communication-related role
