Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dedicated team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting IT systems, assisting with hardware and software installations, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Manage the configuration of workstations and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
• Assist in the management of IT projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Train users on the use of new software and hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate new technology solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for user guides, processes, and procedures.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical assistance
