Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services such as washing, trimming, and nail clipping.
• Educate pet owners on grooming techniques and care practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage grooming appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Recommend pet care products to clients.
• Develop lasting relationships with pets and their owners.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Animal Care or Grooming preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a professional grooming environment

Technical Skills

• Dog Breeds Knowledge
• Grooming Equipment Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Pet CPR certification
• Advanced Grooming certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
