The ideal candidate will have experience in providing skincare treatments and a strong commitment to enhancing client satisfaction. You will perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including facials, skin treatments, and hair removal. Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and customize treatment plans accordingly.
• Perform waxing and hair removal services with precision.
• Offer client consultations and provide skincare advice.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote spa services.
• Maintain personal certification and continuing education.
• Assist in managing front desk operations when needed.
• Foster a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Aesthetics or equivalent
• Specialist training in advanced skincare treatment is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a spa or salon environment

Technical Skills

• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Time Management

Certifications

• Advanced Skincare Techniques Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with spa management software: Experience with scheduling and client management software is a plus.
