We invite you to join our prestigious hotel as a Hotel General Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, striving for excellence in guest satisfaction and staff engagement. You will be responsible for financial performance, ensuring that the hotel runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations, ensuring compliance with hospitality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all employees.
  • Review guest comments to improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with marketing to drive business growth.
  • Ensure facilities meet safety and maintenance standards.
  • Conduct regular employee meetings to discuss objectives and concerns.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Certification in Hotel Management is a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior hotel management role
