Join our architectural team as we seek a creative and motivated Architect. This role involves designing residential and commercial buildings, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring compliance with environmental and zoning regulations. Your contribution will directly impact the functionality and aesthetics of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and meet design expectations.
• Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to ensure project feasibility.
• Prepare architectural drawings and documents using CAD software.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Research and apply local building codes and regulations to projects.
• Assist in the selection of materials and finishes for projects.
• Mentor junior architects and interns within the team.
• Develop and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Architecture or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience
