Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about customer service and enjoys helping others. In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving queries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage customer expectations will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their service experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in developing customer support materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Communication or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service roles
