Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist effectively.
  • Support customers during the onboarding process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their issues.
  • Promote company values and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • National Diploma in Customer Service or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in direct customer service roles
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Help Desk software
  • Social Media Management Tools

  • Time Management
Certifications
  • Customer Service Excellence Certification
  • First Aid Certification (advantageous)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
