Job Description

As a Complaint Inspector, you will be key in investigating and resolving customer complaints efficiently. Your role will involve interacting with customers to understand their issues and working with various departments to find effective solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints and gather necessary information.
  • Communicate findings and resolutions effectively to customers.
  • Identify trends in complaints and report to management.
  • Work closely with technical teams to resolve product-related complaints.
  • Utilize customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple complaints effectively.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training workshops for staff on customer complaint management.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant diploma or degree in customer service or business-related field.
Experience
  • Experience in complaint handling or dispute resolution.
Technical Skills
  • Reporting and data analysis tools

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Basic
