Job Description

As a Call Centre Agent in Pretoria, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries and provide solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding individual performance targets.
  • Adapt to various customer interactions and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar role is preferred
