We are seeking a passionate Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Durban. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch service and maintaining the hotel's high standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management and a knack for enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations with an emphasis on guest experience.
• Strategize to increase profitability and guest loyalty.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners.
• Oversee housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in hospitality.
• Manage public relations and community outreach.
• Assist in recruitment and staffing processes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and community involvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in hospitality management

Certifications

• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
