Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at Local Eatery Group, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your leadership skills will ensure a high level of service and satisfaction for our guests. You will oversee staff management, financial performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead restaurant operations, focusing on guest satisfaction.
  • Draft and execute marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Train and mentor staff to high performance standards.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Engage with guests, collecting feedback and improving service.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients are sourced.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Assess and improve operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Business Management degree is an asset

  • 4+ years in a managerial position within the restaurant industry
