Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to improve patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across various departments.
  • Conduct assessments and record medical histories of patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to create tailored care plans.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families.
  • Ensure that equipment and supplies are available and in good working condition.
  • Participate in professional development and continuing education.
  • Advocate for patient rights and needs.
  • Conduct health screenings and preventative care where necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in critical care
