Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our projects in East London. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with great communication skills and a knack for leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide direction and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and implement changes as required.
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement through regular updates.
• Manage project changes and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Attend project meetings and document key outcomes and action points.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing projects

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Construction Management: Experience in the construction sector preferred, enabling effective project delivery.
