• Formulate design details, schedules, and specifications to ensure design intent is met.
• Review project scope and budget regularly.
• Facilitate client meetings to align expectations and project goals.
• Collaborate with landscape architects and urban planners for cohesive designs.
• Document design processes and changes for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Post-graduate specialization preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural design and client management

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Building Codes Knowledge

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• SABPP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
