Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT users and clients.

• Prepare reports on IT support activities and performance metrics.
• Engage with third-party vendors for equipment and software support.
• Assist in network troubleshooting and configuration.
• Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits of hardware and software inventory.
• Foster a user-friendly environment and promote technology adoption.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• VoIP Configuration
• Firewall Management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS: Experience with cloud services and infrastructure management.
• IT Project Management Experience: Experience in managing IT projects and liaising with stakeholders.
