Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors for resources.
• Track project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
• Ensure compliance with project policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project team members.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts and issues.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in Agile project management is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years experience in managing complex projects
