Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct medication therapy management and review patient profiles.

  • Train and supervise pharmacy staff and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Additional certifications in specialized pharmacy areas are a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy or hospital settings
