Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and conduct routine physical exams.
• Manage patient care for a diverse range of conditions.
• Liaise with allied health professionals to enhance patient care.
• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Contribute to patient education and community health programs.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Develop and implement health policies and procedures.
• Assist in the training of junior medical staff.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
• Additional qualifications in Pediatrics or Geriatrics are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice

• Diagnosis and Treatment

Certifications

• HPCSA registration as a General Practitioner
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
