Job Description

As a Legal Advisor at Legal Experts SA, you will be responsible for delivering legal advice and support to our clients in various sectors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal regulations and will be expected to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal cases from inception to resolution.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in legislation.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on legal matters.
• Prepare reports and documentation for court submissions and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal degree
• Postgraduate qualification in Law is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a legal advisory role

• Legal Research

Certifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Proficient
