As a Veterinarian at Animal Care Centre in Port Elizabeth, you will provide comprehensive medical care for a variety of animals. This includes diagnosing ailments, conducting surgeries, and advising pet owners on health maintenance. You will play a crucial role in developing treatment plans and working collaboratively with a skilled team to provide exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care from initial consultation through follow-up.
• Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures.
• Analyze laboratory results and recommend treatments.
• Engage with pet owners to provide clear communication.
• Collaborate with specialists for advanced care cases.
• Participate in continued education and practice development.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Postgraduate qualifications in a veterinary specialty are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical veterinary experience
