Responsibilities

• Develop all aspects of the clinical trial protocol.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee site-based activities.
• Track and report trial milestones, including participant enrollments.
• Manage study timelines and facilitate site visits.
• Create educational materials for trial participants.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff for patient care.
• Assist in audits conducted by sponsors and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze data and write summaries for regulatory agencies.
• Oversee the collection and management of study data.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior research staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in clinical research or related field
