Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Hearing Impaired Teacher to join our educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized education and support to hearing-impaired students, ensuring their academic and social development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to meet performance goals.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance team skills.
  • Monitor service metrics and provide feedback to enhance customer interactions.
  • Assist in resolving escalated complaints from customers and team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with customer service technologies and trends.
  • Ensure the customer service area is adequately staffed and equipped.
  • Promote a culture of customer-centricity within the team.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance service excellence.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory customer service role.
