Seeking an experienced Pet Groomer to bring their expertise to our groom shop in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for pets. Your skills with different grooming styles and breeds will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each pet receives a tailored grooming experience based on breed and temperament.
• Regularly sanitize grooming tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any owner concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with grooming trends and techniques.
• Assist in maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing happy pet stories and photos.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Animal Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in grooming and pet care

Technical Skills

• Grooming Tools Proficiency
• Breed-Specific Grooming Knowledge

Certifications

• Pet First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
