Dynamic Kids Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Worker to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, encouraging their development through play and educational activities. You will work closely with parents and fellow educators to ensure each child's needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children throughout their daily activities.
• Implement curriculum and day-to-day needs of children.
• Document children's progress and activities.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Assist in routine health and safety checks.
• Work as part of a team to facilitate a supportive environment.
• Provide feedback to parents regarding their child's activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development.

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Fluent in both English and Afrikaans to communicate effectively with families.
• Experience in outdoor play programs: Familiarity with outdoor activities to promote physical play for children.
