Job Description

We are seeking an Educational Consultant to support schools and educational institutions in developing strategies for improved learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in curriculum development and educational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of educational institutions and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with district and school staff to provide expert guidance.
• Create and deliver presentations on educational best practices.
• Guide schools in the adoption of new technologies and instructional methods.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to educators post-implementation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning environments.
• Advocate for policy changes that benefit educational institutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years min. experience in teaching or educational consultancy

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
