Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design of civil works.
• Prepare and present project proposals and bids to clients.
• Manage team dynamics and promote a positive work environment.
• Implement new engineering technologies and innovations.
• Supervise the work of contractors and on-site teams.
• Ensure project delivery in compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Participate in the commissioning and handover of projects.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and assessments.

• Continuously improve engineering processes and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design and management

Technical Skills

• Civil Engineering Design
• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Safety Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
