Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Welding Engineer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining welding processes and procedures. The successful candidate will ensure the quality of weldments and compliance with industry standards, delivering excellence consistently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing welding techniques and processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on new product designs.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for welding staff.
• Assess and select welding materials based on specifications.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations in the welding environment.
• Prepare reports on welding activities and project progress.
• Assist in obtaining welding certifications for materials and processes.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold welding standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance of welding equipment and machinery.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical insights on welding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in welding engineering or a related field
