Responsibilities

• Perform skin treatments and procedures in a safe and professional manner.
• Educate clients about the benefits of treatments and aftercare practices.
• Document client treatment histories and progress meticulously.
• Participate in continuous education and attend workshops to improve skills.
• Actively promote products and services to boost sales.
• Create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients.
• Develop and implement client retention strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetics or equivalent
• Advanced skincare courses are preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a reputable salon or spa

Technical Skills

• Laser hair removal
• Facial treatments

Soft Skills

• Sales skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
