Job Description

As a Machine Molder at ABC Plastics, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. Your role is crucial in ensuring the production process runs smoothly, adhering to quality control standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start molding machines based on production schedules.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molding processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical certification in relevant field is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in plastic injection molding preferred.
