Veterinarian

Job Description

Join our veterinary team in Cape Town as a Veterinarian. You will be responsible for treating pets, conducting surgeries, and educating pet owners about feeding, nutrition, and general care practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of pets to assess their health status.
• Administer vaccinations and medications as needed.
• Perform surgeries and other veterinary procedures.
• Provide advice to pet owners on health care and diet.
• Maintain accurate medical records for each pet.
• Work with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure quality care.
• Educate clients on preventative care and healthcare practices.
• Stay updated with the latest veterinary medicine developments and treatments.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in veterinary practice

Languages

Advantageous
