Job Description

As an Environmental Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of environmental programs. This position involves collaboration with various departments to ensure sustainable practices are integrated throughout our operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental laws.
• Lead projects aimed at environmental restoration and conservation.
• Represent the organization in environmental committees and forums.
• Develop risk assessments for environmental factors.
• Create strategies to engage employees in sustainability efforts.
• Analyze environmental regulations and advise the company on necessary changes.
• Prepare educational materials for external stakeholders regarding environmental practices.
• Identify funding opportunities for sustainability projects.
• Monitor industry standards and recommend improvements.
• Advocate for corporate social responsibility initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or similar
• Master's degree in Environmental Studies is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in environmental management
