Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to forecast hiring needs and proactively address talent gaps.
• Conduct skill assessments to align candidates with job requirements.
• Manage job postings and ensure they are optimized for search engines.
• Attend career fairs and represent the company to potential candidates.
• Provide detailed feedback to candidates post-interview.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system to manage candidate information and recruitment workflow.
• Assist in developing and refining onboarding processes for new hires.
• Leverage data analytics to enhance the recruitment process and decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with employment regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a corporate setting
