Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and compliance, as well as a strategic mindset to drive our talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement employee training initiatives focused on professional development.
  • Facilitate employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective staffing solutions.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from team members and management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
