Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives in Cape Town. In this role, you will develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and empower their careers. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to identify training needs and create innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyse training needs for various departments.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials to enhance learning experiences.
  • Measure training outcomes and report on progress to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foster an integrated learning approach.
  • Drive initiatives to promote learning as a continuous process within the organization.
  • Develop and lead onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with training and development regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development
