Machine Feeders and Offbearers

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our production team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in operating machinery and transporting products, ensuring a seamless manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quality control by inspecting bricks during processing.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions for new processes and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled.
• Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience operating hand trucks or other equipment
• Ability to work under pressure

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Basic
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Ability to speak Afrikaans or local languages: Familiarity with Afrikaans or other local languages is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks: Experience with various material handling equipment is beneficial.
